The Raptors have a spectacular season,locking up home-court through the East playoffs,the Celtics continue to rise,the Knicks improve with Derrick Rose,the Sixers’ Ben Simmons helps Philly to a ten-game improvement while Brooklyn struggles in the basement.

Basically,the three top teams continue to rise,and the two bottom teams continue to fall.

The Heat get better without Dwayne Wade,as Chris Bosh doesn’t have to share the ball as much.Atlanta and Charlotte continue to contend,and the Wizards and Magic see slight improvements.
