To Head or Not to Head,That is the Question

In today’s world, soccer is the most popular sport,as just about half of all the people on Earth are fans, and many youth leagues exist all over the world for young and budding stars of the game. However one of the biggest issues of soccer is also one of the most important parts of soccer, and one of the most aesthetically  pleasing. The header. Many youth players are suffering concussions due to mid air collisions with other players or with the ball. This issue has become one of the most important aspects of youth soccer: to head or not to head. The number of concussions in soccer is steadily rising due to more players heading the ball, but heading is obviously a very important part of the game. People all of the world are divided on this issue: heading is obviously a very important part of youth soccer, but should players under 12 try heading? I say that heading is obviously a very important aspect of soccer, but players should try heading only if they are above the age of 12 because an injury, especially under the age of 12, could be life-threatening. Professional players tend to get less injuries from heading because their heads are fully developed. Playing under 12 could easily get a concussion or worse. Even death is possible in those circumstances. Even collegiate players should be cautious when attempting a header. Really, headers are best when done by the pros. If you are an under-12 player, use your head as few times as possible. That’s my point of view.
