Ravens Dominate 49ers 33-19 on Christmas Day, Asserting Dominance as Team to Beat in the NFL

The Baltimore Ravens (12-3) defeated the San Francisco 49ers (11-4) 33-19 on the road on Monday Night Football, in a game that was far less close than the scoreboard indicated.

Niners QB Brock Purdy threw a career-high four interceptions to go with zero touchdowns before being removed from the game with a stinger injury, and his backup Sam Darnold threw a pick of his own as well as a touchdown to Ronnie Bell.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson entrenched himself as the MVP favorite with 297 total yards and a pair of touchdowns to pace the Ravens offense against one of the best defenses in the NFL. He is now the odds-on favorite to win the award in most sportsbooks, as previous favorite Purdy drops to fourth behind teammate Christian McCaffrey and Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa.

San Francisco still controls their destiny for the No.1 seed in the NFC, but must win both remaining games to avoid risking a drop if Detroit or Philadelphia win out.

Baltimore can clinch the top seed in the AFC as early as next week with a home win over the second-seeded Miami Dolphins (11-4).
